Common couches, bed frames, tables, chairs, dressers, cabinets, shelves, and office furniture can be reviewed. Acceptance depends on the item, condition, access, and confirmed scope.
How are estimates prepared?
Photos, item count, volume, weight, access, stairs, carry distance, and disassembly needs help define a range. The final price should be confirmed on site before work begins.
Do items need to be outside?
No. Inside pickup can be planned when the route is accessible and described in advance. Curbside placement may reduce handling.
What is not automatically included?
Hazardous materials, unknown liquids, biohazards, unusually heavy specialty items, and anything outside the confirmed furniture scope require separate review.
Should drawers be emptied?
Yes. Remove personal belongings from dressers, desks, cabinets, shelves, and storage pieces before pickup.
Can an appointment be guaranteed by text?
No. A request or message is not an appointment until the pickup details and time are confirmed by the operator.
